Me and My Girls

We switched to Veriszon FIOS, which I was a little hesitant about because for me, a TV addict, it's like saying, "Oh go on, a little won't hurt." Then wondering how you ended up in rehab again.

Two things happened that I didn't expect. First, a cure for Hannah Montana/ICarly syndrome, which is Discovery Kids network. We LOVE Growing Up Creepie and Time Warp Trio. Not to mention getting to watch Saddle Club every night. Then secondly the channel Wide Open Country. Tonight we listened to a song by Sheila E (yes that Sheila E, apparently going country gospel), Black Stone Cherry "Things My Father Said" and The Josh Abbot Band sing "She's like Texas." Last night we heard the song, "Johnny Cash is Dead and his House Burned Down." sung by Larry Gatlin and the Gaitlin Brothers. Good bonding times with my country music loving chicas. I keep waiting for Old Crow Medicine Show to cycle through, but so far no luck.
